Excalibur RES10F

Food Dehydrator

The Excalibur RES10F organises ten trays into two independently controlled drying zones. Use one zone or both, with sequential time and temperature settings for planned recipes. This design prioritises control of separate sections rather than simply matching the drying area of every other ten-tray cabinet.

Choosing the Excalibur RES10F

Choose RES10F when separate zones and stored settings are useful to your routine. Compare EXC10ELF or Performance 10 if total tray surface is the main priority. The reference area of approximately 0.86 m² is qualified because source unit conversions conflict; confirm the exact usable surface and supplied tray material.

Separate zones for different batch sizes

Running one section can accommodate a smaller prepared batch without using every tray position. Using both gives you separate control when suitable ingredients call for different settings. Keep each zone loaded according to its own instructions; independence of controls does not mean incompatible ingredients can share a process without thought.

The RES10 family supports a timer up to 99 hours 59 minutes, two sequential stages and storage for up to 30 programmes. Stored settings are a convenient starting point, not automatic validation of each new batch. The exact RES10F electrical version, retained 550 W reference and tray materials remain supplier questions; do not infer stainless trays from the appliance's name or appearance.

Frequently asked questions

Must both RES10F drying zones run together?

The RES10 family documentation allows one zone or both. Follow the exact supplied model's loading and control instructions for the section you use.

Does RES10F have the same area as Performance 10?

Do not compare by tray count alone. Its retained area is approximately 0.86 m² and needs exact confirmation; Performance 10 lists approximately 1.5 m².
