A drinks station or food-preparation bench?

The Bar Blender lists WildSide+ and Cone Lid. Chef instead lists Ultra Jar, vented lid and tamper for its documented food-preparation package. Neither CB1 model should inherit controls or installation dimensions from an older Chef 600 or Chef 775 manual.

Programmes and enclosures

Space Saver 825 is the open programmed format. Connoisseur 825 and Stealth models add enclosures. Programme libraries can depend on revision and profile; the Connoisseur sources disagree on their count. Use the actual installed cycle set when planning recipes and staff training. An enclosure also needs clearance for opening and jar access.

Specify the complete package

Base-only prices exclude jars. Two-FourSide, two-WildSide and in-counter packages have separate contents. Stealth 895 Nitro also has NBS options: confirm cup, adapter and lid compatibility, including any custom parts. Obtain the exact electrical and installation documents before fitting equipment, and use the applicable commercial cleaning and sanitation procedure.

Frequently asked questions

Are all commercial packages ready to use with jars?

No. Some options are motor bases without jars; NBS configurations need their own compatible equipment. Confirm the selected package.

Can I use a generic in-counter cut-out?

Obtain the drawing and ventilation requirements for the actual supplied model and installation package before any worktop is cut.
