View modelA programme labelled gluten-free is not a guarantee against cross-contact. Use suitable recipes and clean equipment. Delayed start is unsuitable for ingredients that must remain chilled; follow the model instructions rather than leaving perishable ingredients out overnight.
Check the package before choosing optional accessories. A double baking pan is a different accessory from the standard single-loaf pan, and it may require dedicated kneaders.
Fresh flour, controlled proofing and automatic baking are separate stages. Match flour and programme to the recipe; choose a separate proofer only when your workflow calls for fermentation outside the bread maker.
