01 Eschenfelder
The table collection includes an anodised aluminium hopper, a beech wooden hopper, walnut and heartwood-beech versions, and an ash model. The walnut entry pairs its darker hopper with a beech frame; the ash version uses ash for both. Novia adds selectable Blue, Green or Red finishes. These differences help match the appliance to its working position and kitchen.

Table models use a clamp; wall models provide a separate mounting format with aluminium or wooden hoppers. Check the precise clamp or fixing package and allow room for the crank and collecting bowl. The current general instructions require at least 4 cm of free tabletop overhang. Wall installation needs its own suitable fixing position rather than a table-clamp assumption.

Nickel-free stainless-steel rollers and a stepless gap adjustment allow different flake textures. The listed family guidance permits cereals other than maize, alongside suitable oilseeds, spices and small pulses. Repeated passes can produce a finer result. The stated 50 g in around 20 seconds is a reference figure, not a universal rate.

Choose a model you can comfortably brush and wipe around in its installed position. Follow the instructions for cleaning the rollers; do not put the appliance in a dishwasher, soak the wood or dismantle the roller assembly. Current table-model guidance allows up to 50 mm tabletop thickness and requires at least 40 mm free overhang. Some reference clamps are listed for 45 mm only. Confirm the clamp supplied with this finish before assuming the larger limit applies.
The aluminium hopper is fixed, unlike the removable wooden versions. Follow the cleaning procedure for the open roller frame rather than trying to remove it as a wooden hopper. The approximately 50 g in 20 seconds figure is a reference affected by grain preparation and hand operation.
Roll cereals other than maize, plus suitable oily seeds, spices and small pulses. Repeat a pass for a finer result. Follow the supplied model instructions and clean grain preparation requirements.
