Food preparation and storage

Measure ingredients in the order and quantities required by the selected recipe. Choose a suitable programme, loaf-weight setting and browning level. A gluten-free programme does not prevent cross-contact: use appropriate ingredients and cleaning. Avoid delayed start with ingredients that should not stand unrefrigerated. Leave clearance above the lid and use heat protection for the hot pan.

Care and cleaning

Unplug and allow the bread maker and pan to cool. Remove the pan and kneaders as directed; clean the ceramic-coated surfaces gently without abrasive tools. Do not immerse the electrical housing. Remove food deposits around the kneading shafts and keep the baking chamber clean and dry.
