Choose the E-Flaker when you want electric preparation for regular porridge or muesli batches. It presses suitable grain into flakes, so it serves a different role from a flour mill. Compare the Table-Flaker if you prefer manual operation, and follow the ingredient preparation guidance for the supplied model.

Preparing oats and other ingredients
Oats can be flaked directly, while other ingredients need their own preparation. The manufacturer manual distinguishes flaking from crushing: selected seeds are crushed, and several grains require soaking followed by surface drying. Follow the named ingredient procedure rather than applying the oat method to everything in the cupboard.
The listed oat hopper holds 150 g and the stated output is 60 g/min. Use those figures to plan a breakfast batch, not as a guarantee for every ingredient. Unplug before removing the flaking unit for cleaning, brush the rollers and keep water out of the appliance.
Frequently asked questions
Can the E-Flaker replace my flour mill?
Its rollers press suitable grain into flakes for breakfast and baking. A stone mill is the relevant comparison when a recipe calls for flour rather than cereal flakes.
Can every ingredient go straight into the E-Flaker?
No. Oats can be flaked directly, but the manual requires soaking and surface drying for certain other grains. Some approved seeds are crushed rather than turned into oat-like flakes.
Is the E-Flaker intended for commercial production?
The documented warranty is for non-commercial use and excludes commercial use. Do not choose it as a production machine based solely on its electric drive.
