AKITAJP Lasagna 150 rolls prepared dough into sheets. Its 150 mm working width is suitable for preparing lasagne sheets and dough for subsequent cutting.
Turn the handle to drive the rolling cylinders. Adjust the gap progressively to obtain the sheet thickness required by your recipe. The machine offers 9 adjustment positions and a rolling thickness range of 0.5–3 mm.

Dough Sheets for Your Recipe
Use this manual pasta machine to prepare lasagne sheets or dough for making pasta in a separate cutting step. Feed the prepared dough between the rolling cylinders, reducing the thickness progressively according to the operating instructions.
Lasagna 150 rolls dough; it has no built-in noodle cutter. Compatibility with additional cutting accessories must be confirmed separately.
Manual Control and Thickness Adjustment
The side regulator changes the gap between the rolling cylinders. The handle drives the mechanism without an electric motor.
Allow space to feed the dough, receive the sheet and turn the handle freely.
Worktop Mounting
Secure the machine to a suitable worktop edge using the clamp. The clamp fits into the mounting hole in the lower support and grips the worktop from underneath.
Position the machine so the handle can make a full turn beyond the worktop edge without striking the counter or nearby objects.
Cleaning and Care
Do not immerse the machine in water, rinse it under running water or put it in a dishwasher.
Clean only with a dry cloth, a brush and a stick, carefully removing dough residue from the surfaces and rolling cylinders.
