01 Werkstück
Both listed Millenia mills use a 400 W motor and corundum-ceramic stones. D1+ adds touchscreen adjustment and an integrated hopper scale. M1 uses a manual fineness slider. The referenced D1+ housing is stone pine and the M1 housing is American walnut; confirm the chosen finish rather than assuming the control system defines the wood.
Futuria E1 Electric Cereal Flaker — beech02 Werkstück
E1 uses stainless-steel rollers with a 120 W motor. A 300 g hopper, approximate 100 g per minute reference rate and 14 cm bowl clearance describe its household format. Oats can be processed without prior treatment; harder permitted cereals need the model’s conditioning routine. Maize, rice and soya beans are excluded.

The manual M1 flaker has an 80 g hopper and supplied table clamp. Its crank can be fitted on either side, a useful distinction when planning a breakfast station. Oats need no conditioning. For wheat, rye, spelt and the ancient cereals listed in the manual, moisten in a sieve and leave for approximately five hours as instructed. Do not process maize, rice or soya. Confirm the supplied model instructions before preparing other ingredients.
