01 Anni
Anni uses a hand crank and geared drive to turn two steel rollers. A lever selects fine, medium or coarse flakes, giving a clear starting point when comparing textures for porridge, muesli or baking. The listed output is up to approximately 65 g per minute; grain and the pace of cranking affect the result.

The hopper holds approximately 165 g. Two screw clamps secure the flaker to a suitable surface, with a maximum listed tabletop thickness of 60 mm. Allow room for the 210 mm crank radius as well as the body: dimensions quoted without the crank do not describe the full working space.
