Mockmill 100 or 200: which fits your baking routine?

Begin with a recipe you actually bake. How much flour does it need, and how often do you prepare it? A higher published rate matters most when milling time is a noticeable part of your routine. It does not establish a different recipe outcome or remove the need to choose suitable ingredients and the correct setting.

Compare the stated wheat rate, not an assumed result

The named reference rates are approximately 100 g per minute for Mockmill 100 and 200 g per minute for Mockmill 200 with soft wheat. Actual preparation depends on the grain and setting. Use the figures to understand the relative output of these two models, not to promise that every ingredient will take precisely half the time.

Check the exact motor revision

Mockmill 100 has a 360 W motor; the Mockmill 200 offered here is specified at 600 W. Motor power alone is not a measurement of flour quality. Compare the milling output and the flour batch you normally prepare.

Match the rest of the equipment to the kitchen

Check where the flour container will sit, how you reach the adjustment and how you will clean the machine. Compare the relevant model pages, then inspect the instructions for ingredient and operating limits. Neither model should be selected as a substitute for an oat flaker, a general-purpose nut processor or an unverified commercial installation.

Make a shortlist, then confirm the supplied machine

Shortlist the 100 when its stated rate fits your usual batch and you prefer the lower-output option. Compare the 200 when you regularly want more flour within a milling session. Before ordering, confirm the exact model, electrical version and plug, package, applicable warranty, price and delivery. Your country or requested voltage must not be used to invent a version that has not been verified.

Does 200 mean better flour?

The output designation does not by itself establish a better baking result. Compare the setting, suitable grain and the needs of your recipe.

Which specification should appear on my order?

The specification of the actual confirmed unit. Any unresolved difference should remain visible in the proposal until the supplied revision is identified.
