Building the round tray stack
With the supplied three levels, the reference appliance is 33.5 cm in diameter and 27.5 cm high. Adding trays changes the height and loading routine. A ten-tray maximum describes compatible expansion, not ten trays included in the box or a guaranteed weight of prepared food.
The analogue thermostat has a marked scale around 20–70°C; it should not be read as refrigeration or a promise of below-room-temperature drying. Manufacturer references specify 230 V and 540 W. A timer version and a no-timer version require different session management, and the manual advises against unattended operation. Select the exact version rather than assuming every Dörrex has automatic timing.
